Boeing employees and families should avoid this dental office! My wife and I should have known something was off from the beginning. After our initial cleanings, we both noticed how rushed the appointments were and how little effort was put into removing plaque. Unfortunately, my wife needed dental implants, so we let them proceed with the extraction. Later, we received a denial letter stating that the provider used incorrect codes. I went to the office to clarify the issue with Michael. He asked for one week to fix it. When I returned a week later, Michael was working from home. The receptionist contacted him, and he claimed his "due diligence" was done and he was just waiting on the insurance company. After a month of silence, I went back for an update. I discovered his version of "due diligence" meant calling the insurance company, getting placed on hold, and hanging up. Because they already collected the full payment from me, they had no incentive to stay on the line. Months have passed with no updates. Despite having 90% coverage for this procedure, I am stuck paying 100% out of pocket due to this office's total lack of effort. Furthermore, once an issue arises, they scree

A team you can really trust I came to Dr. Hu with previous dental trauma and I am so grateful that through him I have a new opportunity to trust in my care again. He and his entire, wonderful team have been nothing short of respectful, communicative, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and — most importantly — reassuring. I feel heard and believed, and trust that my concerns are being taken seriously. I am so inexpressibly appreciative of this atmosphere where I can come as myself, prior experiences and all, and be met with patience and responsivity. An additional and equally worthy mention is that reception has also been incredibly warm and communicative. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone in this office.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office today. I am sharing this experience so other patients are aware of how treatment decisions are handled here. I scheduled a routine cleaning appointment. During the visit, I was told that some of my gum measurements were between 4–6 mm and that I would need a deep cleaning instead. I understand that dentists may recommend additional treatments based on their clinical judgment. However, I clearly stated multiple times that I was not comfortable proceeding with deep cleaning during this visit and that I only wanted the regular cleaning I had originally scheduled. Despite explaining this several times, the staff continued to push the deep cleaning. I was eventually asked by the office manager to sign a refusal form confirming that I declined the recommended treatment. The situation felt unnecessarily pressured and uncomfortable. After I declined the deep cleaning, the hygienist performed what appeared to be an extremely brief cleaning that lasted only a few minutes. The process felt rushed and did not resemble the standard cleaning service I had scheduled or previously received at other dental offices. At one point, after

I recently visited Go Dentistry, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The clinic is exceptionally clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for patients. The staff, from the front desk to the dental professionals, were all highly skilled and genuinely attentive. The Lead DA is also well-rounded that he would assist the office and patients as needed. Very approachable workers and doctors! They prioritize patient comfort and go above and beyond to ensure that all questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, making the entire process as seamless as possible. Although I don't live nearby, if I did, this would undoubtedly be my go-to dental clinic. The level of care and professionalism I experienced here truly sets them apart.
